I'm not on the calendar but I ran the Adirondack Distance Run 10 miler today in 1:32:04 for 9:15 overall pace. I was using it as a training LR since I just ran a marathon 2 weeks ago and I am trying to ease into my Marine Corps Marathon training program that began this week.
It was an abosolutely gorgeous day for a 7:30 start. Really hilly course but when you live in the mountains you have to expect that. There were about 550 runners. It is a point-to-point course that begins in my hometown of Lake George, NY and runs along the lake. Finished at 9:00 and was at church by 10:00 followed by a birthday party at my house for DS 17 and DD10.

Congratulations to everyone who raced this weekend! I love reading the race reports! It is so wonderful to think of the WISH team, out at all corners of the world, doing their thing!
Forgot to post my abject apologies to Anne. So sorry I messed up. I'll be good, I promise. I'll pay attention to thread titles and remember to alert the WISH team to all race schedule modifications! Love ya, mean it!
