I guess you mean the testing with Southwest at POP, since the other airlines have had this for a while already? According to AllEars.net, it's still testing at the POP only.

The "test" is for SW and is currently at PC only. I used this a week ago - checked my bag at RAC for my 3:15p SW flight. Bag came off the plane when I landed at PVD.
