Okay.... I want the 10 lbs gone... and I am giving it all I have!!! 
I have had huge success with WW over the past couple years but I am getting so tired of counting points and I need a change. I love WW and would recommend it to anyone. I have lost 50 lbs with it and it really is great teaching you the correct foods and portion control.
But on to a new program I bought NutriSystem food for 5 weeks and I am hoping that will make the difference and motivate me to lose the last 10 lbs. I have been very busy with the girls and I have not been good with my eating habits. On busy days I don't eat breakfast and shove dinner down to race off so that is why I chose NutriSystem so I know I will have a meal and stay on track... I am hoping the food isn't terrible but how bad can it be for 5 weeks????
I am very good about exercise... I have a personal goal of 1000 mins a month of exercise. I workout at Gold's Gym 3 days a week (Cardio) and Curves 2 days a week... I need to add more strength training to my program because I haven't noticed a change in my body... I am going to do the pushes/crunches 6 week challenge here on WISH, I am hoping that will help start to shape my body... I need help in the arms and belly!!!! I am realizing that just Cardio is not going to give my the body I want and it isn't helping me lose the last 10 lbs....
I need to figure out what else I can/need to eat with NutriSystem... the food comes tomorrow.
I really and hoping I can do this in 5-6 weeks... I am getting really discouraged that I won't ever be where I want to be...
I turned 40 in August and I want to look fab not just fab for 40 or fab for having 3 kids... just fab period
