Quinoa

Okay, I am trying this 'super grain' for the first time in my cooking. Any advice? I had a fantastic cold salad at Crystal Palace with quinoa in it and am going to try to duplicate it at home.

Any tried and true recipes using quinoa?

I just bought some of this myself. I haven't tried it yet. Did you get the recipe from disney or are you just going to try and wing it? I might have celiac and the nutritionist said that it would be a great source of nutrients. She said that I could cook it in chicken stock. I might try it.

I haven't found the Diseny recipe, but I did find some interesting recipes on Youtube.com, of all places. I searched for quinoa recipes and there were quite a few. I am going to try using quinoa to replace pasta in a pasta salad recipe. I'll let you know how it turns out.
