Quick WBC Question - Extra Person?

How strictly are the room occupancy limits enforced at WBC? I booked for the appropriate room at the time of booking, but now one or two additional people have changed their minds last minute and want to come along too. I called WBC and was told they cannot upgrade reservations that were booked through an agency and the agency does not have anything larger available. The WBC person I spoke to said that having additional people in our room was at my discretion since I would be responsible for the unit, but then added that he did not recommend it. Should I just bite the bullet and have them reserve an additional 1 bedroom, or do you think it would be okay? Does anyone have experience having additional people in their rooms?

Its your vacation. If they fit in your room let them come. It is not a big deal over an extra person or two in my opinion. After you check in, you will never see the front desk again. The resort is so big. If I am staying in a room that sleeps only 4, then I usually just list four names on the check in sheet. The only problem would be if there was a fire or disaster that 5th person isn't gonna get looked for. I have stayed many times. It is no big deal.
