Good to hear from someone to confirm that BLT isn't completely falling apart!

We stayed in room 8027 from 12/14-12/18 and we noticed several little things that WERE falling apart. None of them bothered us but you would think a brand new resort would be in better shape.

The center elevator on the CR side had broken tile at the bottom of the back wall. It looked like someone was having a temper tantrum and kicked it.
The marble topped island in the kitchen had a significant chunk missing from 1 corner.
The door stop for the master bedroom door was broken and just lying on the floor, and
The sink stopper in the master bathroom had the stopper piece broken off.

Don't get me wrong we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BLT and will visit there again in the future, but it cannot come close to comparing to the room size at Kidani. We stayed in a 1BR at both resorts and the size difference was very noticable. At Kidani the shower would have held 4 adults at the same time, while BLT barely held 2.

Like I said, we enjoyed it and will visit there again but for 5 or more family members staying together I would pick Kidani for its size. Of course these are the only 2 resorts we've tried out so the comparisons will continue for some time as we experience the other DVC resorts.

By the way-the living room window glass is 18 feet wide by 6 feet high if wondering.

This is the reason DW only wants to stay with an MK view every trip. I loved the fog shots of GF. Enjoy the rest of your trip!
