Just incredible would be our description in a word. Room 8020 is in great condition and the 10th floor MK center view is fabulous. The 1BR seems huge. Really like the sliding doors to make extra space (still not locking though). Having a 2nd full bath out in the main room is great. The single chair bed is very comfy and great for families of 5. The living room/kitchen is huge-we had 12 over for Wishes and they could not believe it. How about 13 open/available outlets within 3 feet of the king bed-finally have enough. And a desk with the "free cable" internet connection-theres an idea..duh. Can sit on the bed and stare at the castle-just hated shutting the drapes eventually, wasn't right. And just everything being new was really nice, tile/appliances/counters/drapes/flat screens etc. Very nice.

Glad to hear that you are having a great time. And that view sounds incredible! Do you have pics to post?

That extra bath is great. we have them at AKV as well. And I think they are at GCV and will be at Aulani.

enjoy the rest of the trip!

Good to hear from someone to confirm that BLT isn't completely falling apart! :)

I second that! Since it is our home resort and we haven't stayed there yet I always read every review of the rooms and there are always more that say BLT is already tattered so the good ones always make me a bit less apprehensive about staying in June.

:thumbsup2 I am so glad you are happy with your room. Happy New Year..Enjoy!!

can't wait to see some of the pics you take there. you get some fabulous pics when you are at the world. i rank you right up there with some of the best photogs on the site. So glad you are enjoying BLT.:thumbsup2

We never could bring ourselve to close the curtains. I loved waking up and being able to see the castle RIGHT THERE!

well thats very nice to hear-sadly our camera was literally stolen a while back and this new one bites (DD coolpix)-need to get a DSLR anyway. But I will put some pics on soon. 28 degrees this am-but felt OK with low winds.

Kinda cloudy this am.

Beautiful shot! How was your weather today? Hope you had a good day!

Love the photo!!! The view at BLT is wonderful. We just sat and enjoyed the view for hours at a time. I didn't think I would enjoy BLT as much as I do because I was never a Contemporary fan. I just love BLT!! Enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time.

Okay, so where are the pictures of that view???;)

Wow I thought we saw plenty of fog last March during our first stay at BLT, but I realize that it was just Hollywood special affects in comparison to your view.

Thanks for sharing the photo, have a great vacation.

Thanks-we did, very nice, sunny calm mid 60's. AK in the am, hit the pool today, the sun did shade the BLT pool by about 2:30 so we went over to CR-nice pool area and beach area there.

I will get some on Diane-the view is better than the pics pulled way back (no zoom at all). They make the castle look so tiny it seems much further away than the naked eye. The lot below is a factor, but really not to significant esp at night. Looking out as I type and the castle is really quite big, and just beautiful.

Wow. Stunning pictures. Posts like this make me really appreciate our recent purchase at BLT. We mostly bought BLT for the views and I never imagined these shots in the morning. I need to upgrade my camera before we visit. Can't wait to see this view at night also.
Have a great time!
