Quick Universal question!

Sorry, I know this forum is for Disneyland but I can't see where else to post the question! Do Universal still use the Virtual Queue for Secret Life of Pets? Do we have to download the Universal app to book it? And I will be using a walking stick to get round-is it true that SLOP has a lot of stairs in the queue? If so I might have to give it a miss!

There is a Southern California board but since they took away the link to this board noone uses it. There was still virtual queue in April when I was there and yes, download the app for your visit. I honestly can't remember about stairs sorry!

When I was there in early July there was no virtual queue for it. standby wait when I rode was about 45 min. I don’t know if they’ve brought virtual wait back or not since then.
