When we checked in to the hotel at noon our room was not ready. They said they would rush it and to call back in an hour or so. We went to the Kitchen and had a nice relaxing lunch (but expensive). When I called at 2pm the room was not ready. They offered me a kids suite the next night (for 35) but I was only staying one night. (It seems that Sunday 8/19 ends the "high" summer season when upgrades to suites for Gold are really not gonna happen. Anyhoo......since the suite upgrade was not available I asked if any rooms were open immediately. The guy I spoke with offered me a club room but it was not a deluxe club. Not a problem for us since we were only four people. How much I ask? (club room was 409 per night). He said, "no charge...and it's a pool view too". YEA!
It has been some time since we stayed HRH in the club floor. This time it was great. Evening treats included veggies and dip, fruit, delicious bread, pizza and cheese quiche, wine, beer, etc. Delish. My kids enjoyed the desserts (cookies, cake, etc) after that. Breakfast was really nice, hard boiled eggs, a great selection of fruit and breads (bagels), danish, cereal, yogurts, etc. Well supplied and clean. Even better without paying for it.

One thing I noticed that bothered me...the duvet. Now I am a bit of a germaphobe so it gets moved off the bed post haste when we check in. However, as I as removing it from the bed it apparently was unbuttoned and I saw the comforter that was inside the duvet cover. EGGHHHH! It was heavily stained and dirty. Absolutely gross. So my advice to you...remove the bed covers, store them away and forget they exist. It was toxic. The rest of the room was clean and the sheets fresh.

The floor carpet is a bit worn which surprised me a bit. But all in all the HRH was great. I never received my ammenity fruit plate but did not push it since we had all the yummy food in the club lounge. The pool was great but a band played till 10:15 and was LOUD (remember our pool view window?)
Great stay, great time. And the Premium outlets were awesome. Nike had 30% off plus we got another 20% off for being one of the first 100 people there. And at Ralph Lauren the sales girl gave me an extra 15% off because she was, well, really nice. So I scored some great bargins.
The parks were crowded, so crowded that we, as passholders, said adios till next time. The boys went back the last hour and enjoyed it more, then had dinner at Nascar.
