Looking for something quick service and warm. Any suggestions? Wife loves pho noodles but will settle for soup. We will be there in a week or so and I know she will be seeking to find something to keep her warm.
There is a good vegetable soup at Sunshine Seasons, and they sometimes have Pumpkin Soup. (Note: I was there in October, so pumpkin may be seasonal.) The Joy of Tea has hot tea.
A few other places I can think of with soup: the bakery in France, I think Katsura has a miso soup. Or just go get a Viking Coffee in Norway.
I had an udon noodle soup at the quick service in Japan. It hit the spot on a cold day. I can't verify that they still serve it, but it would be worth checking out. The grilled cheese cart outside Test Track in Epcot also serves a small tomato soup with at least one of their sandwiches.
I second the udon soup at Katsura Grill on a chilly day. I also enjoy the bisque at the Boulangerie in France. It's a smaller, more appetizer-sized serving, the udon is an entree portion.
