We always end up having extra credits left towards the end of our stay. I know it is 2cs and 2snacks a day. My question is can you use more than 2cs a day? if so is there a certain amount of time you have to wait in between using them?

You can use as many or as few a day as you want and there is no time limit in between!

You may redeem more than one of your credits per day if you wish until you have depleted your total. It's up to you how you spend them. Many people for the other plan, will book 2TS dinners and use theirs up faster. It's up to you. I've used a boat load of snack credits on the last day!

Just a quick note, but I think the CS dining plan only has one snack per night. That's what's listed on the Dining Plan thread on the Disboard and on the brochures on Disneyworld.com.

Yes that is the case. Quick service plan is one snack per night (allotments are measured per night you stay at the resort - not per day.)
