Quick Rewards Paypal Cashout

For those that do paypal cashout, how often do you cashout? Do you let the money accumulate or do you cashout regularily to ensure you don't lose it somehow?
Also, for those that cashout for gift cards - is there a reason you do gift cards rather than cash?

When my QR's account gets to $25 or more, I cash out $15 of that money to my paypal account. I don't cash it all out because it seems so discouraging to see my balance at $0 or close to it. I then use the $15 towards a $25 Disney gift card. Not hard for me to come up with $10 so I guess I am using QR to get a discount on Disney gift cards. I started on Oct. 7 so I have been doing it for about 7 weeks and I will be getting my 3rd Disney gift card as soon as I get my paypal cash out and I will still have about $11 or $12 left in my QR's account. I do have to say that about $8 to $10 of my money is rewards from shopping.
