Quick review of Via Napoli with pics

Just wanted to share about our recent experience at this great new place!

DH and I were in the World over Labor Day weekend. We tried to get in Via Napoli Saturday night but it was a 2 hour wait (for 2???!!!) so we chose to snack around WS instead. Sunday we arrived a bit before 4:00 and got seated in about 10 mintues.

The chandelier in the lobby is amazing. The cast members were all helpful and our server was really sweet. We were along the far wall (away from the ovens) and the restaurant was quite loud, but it really has a nice atmosphere.

We ordered the calamari (which was very good and got instantly eaten-no pic) and the margherita pizza and the piccante pizza. As everyone says, the crust is heavenly and the flavors are perfect.

We also shared the cabernet quartino (delish) and skipped dessert. We used TIW here. This was really good, and we will definitely return here. Yum!

Mmm, the pizza looks yummy. My friends and I have an adr there in October, I can't wait to try it!!!

Thanks for posting. DF and I have an ADR for tomorrow night. All I've been thinking about is pizza, pizza, pizza, all week long.

I can't wait to try it out. We'll probably order the calimari and if you want, I can try to snag a pic of it for you to remember.

I wanted to go for my birthday (Sept 25th) but there were NO openings for dinner.

Mom called ahead for reservations and the only opening they had was for lunch.

It is a pretty big restaurant. I wouldn't give up, and I'd also suggest trying to walk up at a slow time like 4 or after 8 pm. Pizza is a quicker meal than some and I think tables might turn over a bit more rapidly. But... you never know. I could be totally wrong!

We also found that people didn't like to hang out in the little waiting area--several names were called and those people were no longer hanging out waiting.

Awesome! That is exactly what we are planning on ordering for our Nov trip, calamari and the same 2 pizzas! Thank you so much for the pictures, they are very much appreciated!

I believe this restaurant was just recently included in the TIW program. If you get the TIW emails it was one of the restaurants included in that email maybe 2 weeks ago? I think it was along with Big River Grille or something.

They definitely took the card and we got 20% off.

We were there around August 18th, I think. Maybe they had not joined yet or maybe I'm confusing them with another restaurant.

I know... with just two of us there was no way we could have ordered more pizza, plus we had that appetizer. It would be fun to try them all!

I think the pizzas are plenty big for "individual" size. But, they are pricey. I do think they are worth the money though, and we really enjoyed it. I think we will take the kids there in December.
