What is the latest time you can make a reservation for the tea at the grand floridian? I think I read somewhere 4pm but I just want to confirm

I think I saw on the iphone app it said 2-6, but maybe I am wrong. I have one for 2 but might want to change it to the latest. I'll check on the app and if I am wrong I will repost.

The detail info for the Garden VIew Tea Room on the E-Ticket app says serves from 2-6.
