Hi All:

We decided to take the plunge and get RPR rooms with the AP rate in June. Need to get Park Tickets and likely getting through Undercover Tourist. Questions:

1. Can you upgrade UT 3-Park tickets to a Season Pass for the price difference? I'm guessing it can just be done once there and show them the AP before checking out of the hotel? Thinking I'll just upgrade my pass only and not the others.

2. Any idea when the Concerts are for this Summer? We are at Universal June 4-8 and don't want to be blocked out of the Park.

Thanks in advance!

Found what I needed on upgrades. Can't find a thing on concert dates so I'll just have to assume there aren't any when we are there.

If you don't mind, what did you find out? I think we'll be doing this in a couple of weeks

I doubt there will be concerts this summer. Except for sept 8 & 9 for rock the universe.

I was wondering about the concert schedule also as we are going to be there the end of next week and I also want to buy Seasonal Passes. I called today since I couldn't find any information about a schedule on line and the person I talked to said they have no concerts scheduled while we are there - May 13-17 and that they generally only have concerts scheduled during Mardi Gras.

Thanks all! AngiTN: Looks like no problem upgrading from park tickets to AP and just have to show AP before checking out of the hotel. Hope I'm right. :)

Actually, we've had 2 stays with AP rates (we have 2 AP already, adding a 3rd person) and we've never had to show our AP to get the AP rate, not at Portofino or at Royal Pacific. We bought 2 AP out right last year so we had them for both of our stays. The 3rd is the first time we are going an upgrade route, which is why I was trying to clarify how that will work.
