My daughter is going to DisneyWorld for her honeymoon and staying on property. I will be staying off property with friends. Can I give her my rewards card to purchase things for me (or meals for themselves)? Or do I have to physically be there to sign each time the card is used?

Sounds like you want your daughter to be able to use your credit card to make purchases? If so, then the simplest thing is to request her as an additional user on your account - and she will be issued a card in her name.
