Quick Question about Vero Beach

Hi we are headed to VB in September , and am wondering if Buildings 12, 14, and 15 have elevators? Or are they like Disney Old Key West. We have been lucky enough to snag a beach cottage the last two visits, so forgot to find out. Also any room recommendations that might have a beach view? We are staying in a 1 bedroom.
