quick question about 'off season'

What months are typically considered off-season at DLR?
Would that be any months that are not during the summertime?
What about months with special stuff, like October and December?
Thanks, I am a bit clueless on this stuff, since I only ever visit DLR in the summer & am planning on getting an AP next year!
