Quick Que for length of stay or each day? and other?s

We plan to stay at a hotel that includes Sea World quick que for 3 or more days and do DC with the included 14 days of SeaWorld/Aquatica plus the Busch Gardens add-on. I know quick que passes at Sea World hotels are first come first served.
Do we pick the passes up the night before we go to Sea World or the morning we go to Sea World?
Can we pick them up for all days of our hotel stay or is it only one day at a time?
How often do they run out of passes at the beginning of June or do certain hotels have reputations for running out or not?
Do the quick que passes from a Sea World hotel work at Busch Gardens too?

You can pick up vouchers for the QQ passes the day prior to your SW day, anytime after the Expedia desk opens in the morning. Or you can pick them up the day of, if still available.

Can we pick them up for all days of our hotel stay or is it only one day at a time?

One day at a time (unless you pick up for same day and the next day, ie. the day you arrive you could pick up for that day and the follow day. Otherwise, its one day at a time).

How often do they run out of passes at the beginning of June or do certain hotels have reputations for running out or not?

We went Christmas Week 2012 (the busiest week of the year, generally) and were still able to get QQ passes with no problem. They did run out occasionally on the day of.

Do the quick que passes from a Sea World hotel work at Busch Gardens too?

No, they are for SeaWorld only.
