Quick Q about Web-Based Interview

My friend found some example questions for the Web Based Interview, two which include "I usually work the same speed as others" and "I usually get through more work than others on my team". The thing is, I would strongly agree with the second one because I do usually get more work done than my peers, but I feel as though I generally work the same speed as others. Would it be contradicting if I put Strongly Agree for both these statements?

Also, for the statement, "I tend to be more task oriented than people oriented", I'm not really sure what this means..? Does this mean I care more about getting the job done that caring more about the people I'm working with or something?

I've done two Web-Based interviews. Just relax. It's a simple personality assessment. There are a ton of questions for the purpose of breaking you down into answering quickly and honestly. Just read the question and answer the way you think you should. Remember what's important to Disney (customer service/guest is always #1) and hopefully if you are honest your traits will match up with what they what.

Don't worry about contradicting yourself. Answer each question and then forget about it.
