Quick Nassau Question.... Taxi or Limo?

It's me again with another silly question! When getting a taxi or limo at the dock at Nassau, how do they charge? I know it is $4.00pp (plus toll?) to get to Atlantis... Do the Limo's also charge per person? Or, do they have like a set charge to hire the limo? Also, are there usually several limo's waiting there? Are they fairly nice?

We just returned home. There were plenty of Taxi's (10 passenger vans, some with A/C). The cost to Atlantis is $4 pp with no additional charge for toll. They sometimes wait until the van is full to go, but they took us alone as we were 5.

I don't remember seeing any limos at all.
