So my oldest daughter is graduating from Kindergarten tomorrow and her birthday is Friday. We are heading to WDW Thursday and staying in the Wilderness Lodge. It’s Mom, Dad, DD 6, and DD 3.

I am a bit confused about timing od available options to plan out or schedule. I am open to using all resources, including individual lightning lanes. I would appreciate any help.

4:30pm - ??? We plan on staying until fireworks so need to fill in the time, or should we go to resort and come back? Maybe I didn’t space out the time between rides enough?

Your day at AK is very doable as AK really never takes a full day to enjoy all the rides. Your MK day is likely too crammed before 1:40pm.

Your LL priorities are spot on as far as order however, your LL return times may not be what you have written down, you can certainly modify them but it's sort of take what you can get in that regard. Sometimes I'm able to get my anticipated times I'd prefer and other times, it doesn't work that way and we end up backtracking. Just have to be flexible and likely give yourself more time between the rides you don't have LL for since you'll be standby. Also, make sure you build in time if you get the VQ for tron, that alone can be 45 to an hour wait whereas iLL$ is likely less than 15 min total. You have time to return to the resort, might make sense to do so after lunch and come back to do your afternoon Fantasyland/Tomorrowland rides before fireworks.

I agree with PP that MK is overly aggressive in the morning. I don't think you'll meet your timelines. Just go with some flexibility for your non-LL rides.

You have a nice plan and flow for MK. I think you need more time for the Haunted Mansion, though.

Given your plan, I would recommend buying the ILL for Tron out of the gate. Pick a time in the late afternoon when you think it will work for you based on Space (maybe around 4:30?), and just lock it in. It stinks to spend the money, but in my experience, it’s worse to have to drop what you are doing to have to make sure you are there in time for your boarding group. And not to mention riding with an ILL took about 20 minutes while the boarding group was closer to 45. That will make the rider swap a lot easier.
