Tomorrow is our first day in the park. I have a quick PH question. How does having a runner to get a FP at the other park? Just take everyone's tickets?

Yes, once everyone as activated their ticket at one of the parks that day a runner can collect all the tickets and take them to the other park to pick up FPs.
