Quick Holiday Trip

I might be planning a quick trip to WDW in December. I'm thinking we will do a MVMCP in MK the day we arrive and then a different park the next day before flying home. I have been there one other time during the Holidays (about 12 years ago) and I know each park/resort goes all out decorating. While I've been to Disney numerous times, this will be my Partners first taste of the magic. What I'd like to know is which park you recommend for day 2?

Probably Epcot. If not, then AK.

I'd get a PH because HS is really pretty at Christmas and Epcot is a must do for us.
