Do you get dining credits for the day your check out or is it only for the days that you spend a night? Just wondering if we're able to have breakfast with the dining plan on the day we check out before we leave.

you have until midnight the day you check out to use your credits...
our last trip, after we checked out we had breakfast at 'Ohanas before the drive home

You receive a dining credit for every night you stay. If you have any credits left over, you have until midnight on the night you check out to use them. I hope this helps.
