Quick & Casual Meal Vouches?

I've seen these for sale on e-bay but don;'t know about them and Disney says that "are not for sale" so can't help. Anyone use them and have expereince with them?

Are the true values as high as people say ($40+ when I pay %15 to $18) or is it like my mother always said - if it looks to good to be true than it probably is.

If you join connections the Q&C vouchers are 11.50 ea. You can join connections for 1.00 (trial) and then cancel and owe nothing. I have done this myself w/o problems. the Q&C vouchers are a great value but never buy them on ebay! never! go to www.mousesavers.com and do a search on vouchers for more info.
