Quick cancelation question

If someone could give me an answer regarding personal experience that would be great! Long story, short question.. If I'm to put 200 on package and cancel before 45 day mark, how long does it take to get my refund?? I'm using my check card, I know a credit card takes a couple billing cycles, but I'm hoping being checking acct it will post much sooner??

I canceled one of our trips a couple of weeks ago and it took 4 business days for the money to go back into my account. I used a Regions debit card. I don't know if that makes any difference.
