Ok here is several questions I can not find answers for.

1. I was told we could do a sit down of our choice. I picked a few nice places... my question is. does the meal come with desert?
do I order off the menu and then order desert to go with it, or is this cost extra?
I was looking at yak and yeti and I liked the looks of the food, can I order the meal, and then the desert and its one sit down meal?

2. cinderella's royal table... it takes 2 sit down meals... does it automatically come off some kind of card? do I have coupons? I am so not sure about any of this. we want to do this as a dinner, is the dinner pretty good? I see you get a picture package with the dinner. is this a nice pic of all of us with the princess or what?
what meal is the best to do at cinderella's royal table?
and what time does the cinderella royal dinner end? ( we would like to do a late dinner if possible)

thanks so much. :)

The meal does come with Dessert. Dessert is not extra, but appetizers, alcoholic beverages, and speciality beverages like Bippity Boppity Brew and CRT are extra that come in souvenir cups. You have to have your Yak and Yeti meal all at once entree and dessert in one sitting not seperate sittings.

Depending how picky you are Breakfast is standard foods at CRT and Lunch and Dinner is more upscale. All the characters are out for Breakfast and Lunch, and Dinner Cinderella is in the lobby and the Fairygodmother puts on a show. Dinner times on how late vary with the hours of the park, but i've heard of people having dinner during wishes so usually that late it is open.

The picture package is a nicer pictuer with Cinderella, you get one larger one and 4 smaller ones and then a cinderella framed picture of the castle in one package for 1- 4 people and 5-8 people you get 2 packages. If I had to choose between Lunch and Dinner I'd get Dinner and do it during wishes. But if you are with Kids that want the princesses Lunch or Breakfast:)

wow this sounds awsome!! do we have to pick up the picture some where afterwards? and we are going in december, (5th thru the 13th) not sure how late the park is open, but a late dinner is best.

Sounds like you're as excited as your two boys will be, how old are they?

As for the sit down meals, also called Table Service or TS meals:

Breakfast: Entree, juice, another beverage OR full buffet and beverage

Lunch: Entree, Dessert, beverage OR full buffet and beverage

Dinner: same as lunch

As mentioned alcoholic beverages are never included with the dining plan fee.

You will not have to pay any extra taxes (included in the fee), but you will be expected to pay the gratuities/tips. Most chose 15-20% of the total cost of the meal before taxes. So if your dinner bill is $100, many chose to leave $15-20 as a tip.

When you check into your Disney hotel you'll receive your Key to the World card: room key, park ticket and dining plan card. All credits for the dining plan are loaded on the card for everyone in your room. One card will can be used to cover the bill for each person in your room at any meal. If you group is in more than one room every room will have to present a card and let the server know what to deduct from each. For example at Yak and Yeti would say 1 adult and 2 children if your room included just you and two grand kids under between the ages of 3-9.

Don't fret the system is pretty easy and the Disney employees (ie. Cast Members) are really helpful in explaining things. If you get a rushed or rude server (rare, but they are human) just ask for a manager and have them explain things to you.

They'll bring the pictures to your table, if I understand right. I know they do this at other meals where they take the pictures.
