Questions on switching resorts

Thinking of switching to a possible split stay...2 new resorts, so canceling original resort

1. Can I do this online?

2. What might happen to our FPs if anything?

1. You would be making an entirely new reservation to replace what you have, and could lose any discounts or even availability.

2. So long as you managed to make reservations within 24 hours, nothing.

I would make the new reservation and then cancel your existing one. Until you've paid and gotten the confirmation, someone can snatch a resort out from under you. I've put in all my CC info and everything and hit Check Out, only to be told the room was gone on the next page.

Dont cancel the first resort reservation. Change the first one to the new resort. Then book the second one as a new reservation.

Never cancel the reservation where your tickets are attached.
