I've seen Pandora jewelry in La Mascarade d'Orleans in New Orleans Square and in the jewelry shop on Main Street. The shops in NOS seem to frequently close an hour or so before the park closes. The one on Main Street is part of the Emporium complex so it stays open after the park officially closes unless it is a night with a hard close. You can probably stop at City Hall and ask about the store's hours.

I was at the store about five minutes after park opening last month and discovered the smaller shops don't open until an hour after park opening, generally. This was confirmed with a manager who happened to be inside. I ended up having to walk back to Main Street to make my purchase, it was the only reason I was there that day and I hoping to run in and out. Instead, I circled the park a few times.
You might also check World of Disney...At the start of the 60th Anniversary Celebration in May, they also had the Pandora charms (I don't know if they still have them in stock). They tend to be open until fairly late.
There is a store at DCA that sells pandora as well. I'm drawing a blank on the name of the store, but it's the one at the far end of the street heading into the park.
They also sell the Pandora charms at the gift shop in the DLH. There were three different limited edition 60th charms when I was shopping a month ago. Yes passholder discount applies, yay!
