Questions on ordering Passporter books

So I ordered 2 books from the Passporter website they were on sale and I received emails telling me my order was being sent and other asking me if I received at that time I hadn't received my order so I responded and told them that and no response from them, I waited a few more days and emailed again and still no response, so my question is this has anyone had any problems with them? does anyone know how else I maybe able to get in touch with them?

Did you check in your spam filter for any emails they might have sent? Have you called (if they have a phone number...I'm not sure as I didn't need help)?

In your shipment confirmation, did they tell you how the books were sent? Mine was sent media mail, which can take awhile...but mine were sent 2/13, and the "did you get them" email didn't come until 3/4, and they came in the meantime...was there such a long separation between emails for you, too?

Did you, by any chance, order the electronic versions of the books by mistake? Definitely check your email for how your books were sent, just in case!

The folks at passporter.com are nice people....if something went wrong with your order, they will make it right. No worries.

I have ordered from them before but that was years ago and didn't have a problem. My real problem this time is I keep emailing them telling them I didn't receive my order and I have received no response in over a week of trying to get in touch so I was wondering if anyone else had that problem with Passporter? I will check my spam but I don't think anything is there...

Thanks for the help I will wait until Monday and try to call if i can find a number I did look a little bit on their website but didn't see anything but I will try again.
