Questions on Groceries

I am just trying to figure out which service is best for getting groceries. We are not looking for full blown meals, just snacks, breakfast items, and of course BEER! I have seen a lot of post but I am just trying to get the right info for me. Does SSR provide a grocery service? If so what items can you get? What other services are available to deliver to SSR? If you use a service do you have to be in the room when they deliver? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

gardengrocer.com will deliver groceries and "adult beverages". I would think for alcohol you would need to be in your room, other wise there is nothing that would prevent them from delivering to a minor.

I second the vote for Gardengrocer, We have used them and they are great. They have a better selection than the Resort, are cheaper (although, they are higher than a regular grocery store), and have great service.

We've used wegoshop.com in the past and would use them again.

I second wegoshop. Marge is great. They shopped at Wal-mart for us, didn't up the prices and matched garden grocer's delivery fee.

If you are looking for non-perishable items you can always ship some stuff down if you go to Kinko fed-ex they do not charge that much. In oct I shipped a box and it cost $11.00 I was shocked and that price included the box, I had baby Formula Water baby food juice, soda, snacks for the kids diapers wipes. The box weighed about 24lb. The clerk told me the trick was to ship ground it takes about five days. All you have to do is call your resort and tell them you have a package coming they will give you the info on where to send it and they will hold it for you in there package room and when you arrive you tell the front desk and they will deliver it to your room.
