Questions from a DLRP newbie - mostly Disney Hotel related

Hi!

I just got back from Disneyland California and was desperate to go back but couldn't afford to go that distance so am instead going to DLRP in July.

I have booked The Disneyland Hotel but have a couple of questions.

Do you go to breakfast any time you want as long as it is open? I have read something about breakfast tickets with specific times, is that what happens here?

Is there a fridge and safe in the rooms?

Is there any way to order celebrations to the room, I know in the US you can order packages to be delivered prior to your arrival, is there any way to do that in Paris?

You don't get breakfast time slots for the Disneyland hotel - you can go whenever you like. They start serving breakfast at 7.30 but not sure what time they finish it may be 11ish. We would often go into the park for EMH and then go back later for breakfast.

There is a safe in the room but no fridge. There is a mini bar but it is movement sensitive so you will be charged if you move anything.
