Questions From 1st Timer At Dl

I'm getting a deal through AMA Travel and Fun Sun Vacations for either the Holiday Inn anaheim Resort Area or the Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Which would you suggest.

With this package we also get character breakfasts? Would that interest DD15?

We've been to WDW 3 times -- this is our first trip to DL Has anyone gone on any of the tours. They have one that takes you to Los Angles for 10 hours. I forget all the stops but one you have the choice of either Venice Beach or Santa Monica. Which do you suggest.

Sorry for being so wordy -- I want to book everything Friday.

Sorry, but I don't know anything about these tours. I do know that If the Fairfield is the one on Harbor Blvd, it is very close to the park.
For the character breakfast, I would suggest Storyteller's Cafe in the Grand. It is nice and low-key, and the food is delicious! If you are a fan of Chef Mickey's in WDW, then go for Goofy's Kitchen in the DLH.

Venice beach is very fun and "californiaish", I would chose it.
