I have finally decided to lose weight. I am already started and I am in Day 3. I really find it hard to try any special diets for my lack of liking most vegetables-salad and tuna.
I lost 75 lbs before my wedding 5 years ago-and I know I have the will power to lose 50 this time. But...
I need some answers if you have them..
-What should be my calorie intake?? I am 6 ft 283 lbs
-What are some good ideas for foods to eat low in calories\fat??
My first 3 days included:
NO POP-water and 1 gatorade
Slim Fast Shake for lunch
Popcorn and yogurt.
Total Cereal
