Questions-Concierge service at WL

Just booked concierge room for September. For those of you that have been there before, what is it like? What are the benefits? What view did you have from your room? Any info appreciated.

We didn't have a great view, but there was a high barrier on our balcony so it didn't really matter. It's on the top floor of the hotel so you can look down onto the main lounge and see everything but the noise is somewhat dampened.
The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms are along 2 sides of the building with the food/beverage service kind of in between. There are tables scattered here and there- no big groupings which keeps the noise down a bit and provides for some privacy. The food offerings were excellent. One night (in nov) there was a multibean soup and smoked salmon- yum! Desserts were also yummy. The one negative was that there was no TV for the kids. We had split our stay btwn this and the AKL concierge and our kids enjoyed being able to watch a disney video while we relaxed and had a snack.
