Questions about wish trip

my daughter has been approved for her wish to Disney. We live July 31, just 19 days away. Going on the trip is my daughter(wish kid)12, my oldest son 15, my youngest son 9, my youngest daughter 7, my husband and myself. I have 2 questions. Does every kid get a send off party? I haven't heard anything about one, but see them mentioned frequently. Also, does anyone have any idea what kind of expense money I can expect? I am freaking myself out trying to make sure we have enough money for this trip as we are a one income family. Any help would be appreciated. We are in western ny if that helps.

Expense money varies by chapter, I have heard of people getting $250 per person, others have gotten $500 per family, and I know others who got $1000 per family. Best to ask. You can eat all your meals free at the give kids the world village, plus there is a walmart right next door so you can stock the kitchen if you want (each villa has a full kitchen). Some chapters will pay for an extra expense such as bibbiddi bopping boutique or a meal at Cinderella castle, while others want you to pay for that with the money they give you, again you would have to adk. The send off party also varies by xhapter, mine does not routinely have the parties.
