Questions About Windsor Hills

I Have Some Questions About Windsor Hills And I Know That Several Of You On These Boards Either Are Owners Or Have Stayed Here, So Here Goes:
1) I Know That The Proximity To Wdw Is Great, But What About Universal And Sea World?
2) Regarding The Clubhouse Area, Is There A Pool Bar/restaurant Area?
3) Checking In: Can You Get Into Your Home Anytime On Your Check In Day (if No One Is Checking Out That Day) Or Is It Owner-specific?
Do Owners Allow Early Check In I Guess Is What I'm Asking(?).
4) Regarding Location Again, Is It Really Feasible To Say That You Could Hit The Parks Early In The Morning, Come Back To The Pool And Then Go Back To Wdw At Night, As Can Be Done When Staying On Property?

We've stayed there a couple of times and are going back in Nov. I'll answer to the best of my ability and others can fill in the blanks.
1. You can access I - 4 very easily and get to SeaWorld in about 15 min and Unimversal in 20ish. That is the quickest way to get there.
2. There's no bar or restaurant in the pool / clubhouse area. There is a sundry shop which has convenience foods.
3. Getting into your home early depends upon the owner. It would depend on if someone is checking out that day. If there is you probably wouldn't be able to because of the time it takes to clean. If there's no one there the night before the owner may or may not charge you a fee for early check in or late check out.
4. It is very easy to go to the parks in the morning and come back early afternoon and return to the parks later. We've done it a few times. From MK it takes about 30 min from the time you're waiting for the monorail, getting to the TTC, tram to the car and then back to WH. From the other parks it's only 5 - 15min. AK is the closest, MK is the furtherest, MGM and Epcot are in the middle. It's probably doesn't take any more time than it does staying onsite and waiting for buses and then walking to you room. At WH you get to park by your door unless you're in a condo.
