Questions about traveling during Orlando Schools Spring Break

I am thinking about traveling to Disney World or Universal from March 12-15 (start of Orlando Spring Break). I am seeing on Universal’s website that it’s a busy time due to hours (8 AM-10 PM). I am seeing all Disney World parks with availability except DHS on 3/14 and 3/15. Should I expect a similar experience with wait times as Universal Orlando? I know there’s no real hacks at Disney World except Rope Drop and a lot less entertainment than UOR. Will park hours be extended during this time? What sort of hacks should I consider to make it easier?
