Questions about transfer rule

Well, I may have gotten lucky but we confirmed the points were there in one call and hung up, I transferred the money and the person called again and got a different CM. I questioned it too but it went through. Now, maybe it had to do with the fact that we transferred during April 2011 but, since my UY is June, I was still in my 2010 UY. The cool thing was they showed up immediately online in my account. Even the CM was surprised.

The issue would be the UY of the other party. Your post suggested they were June as well, if not, that's likely the explanation. Otherwise I think you got lucky but it never hurts to ask.
