I have reservations for the TTDP on a MVMSP night. I realize there is quite a lot to do during the party and I consider the Frozen events to be a game changer. Add to that I will have 2 little ones who may not hang all night, I'm just curious about anyone 's feedback who has done the dessert party during a party night. I know there are a lot of special events going on, and it may be the only chance my little ones will have to meet A&E as well as some of the special characters. On the other hand, I was quite looking forward to being able to chill out and have some refreshments while watching Wishes.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

My family did the dessert party on a mvmcp party night 2 years ago. My kids were 6 and 8. The party was one of their favorites and something they ask to do again when they go to Disney. We arrived at the park around 4:30, we did rides, ate sandwiches we brought in during the castle lighting, did rides, and then the dessert party and then more rides. My 6 yo conked out during the country bear jamboree at about 11:30pm. For us, it was a great way to have a break, and see the fireworks without a crowd. Note though that neither of my kids had any interest in seeing the parade so we didn’t also have to allot time for the parade.

If you do the terrace party, you can sit there all night (going back and forth, that is)?
