Keep in mind we have a 4 and 6 year old.

Will it be really uncomfortable sitting outside in august for the 8PM show? We r cat 3 seating, will we be able to see good enough? Have you seen it? Did you enjoy it?

Hoop Dee Doo? Fun? Corny? Worth it? Food? Is that outside also?

Cinderella's Royal Table Lunch? Anyone ever done it? Is it fun? We've eaten at CRT but not when it was a character meal. How is it compared to see Akershus or 1900 park fare with the princesses?

I've been to both the Hoop de Doo and the Luau and I MUCH prefer the Hoop de Doo!!!! I thought the Luau was long and boring and the food was just ok (dessert was actually disgusting!). Hoop de Doo was much more fun, especially for the kids, and the food was delicious! Hoop de Doo is inside and the Luau is outside. Happy planning!!!!:goodvibes

I have been to Hoop de doo both as a child and an adult, and we greatly enjoyed it each time! Regardless of the seating, I think it's worth it. We thought the food was pretty good, and the show is a riot. I agree with SuzieN that the kids should really enjoy HDD!

Would you still suggest the HDDR over Ohana? Which one would you suggest. (Sorry to hijack OP!)

If you're asking for my opinion I would say YES!!! Frankly, I did not care for 'Ohana at all. I was soooo excited to try it and was so disappointed - I found all of the side dishes to be really sweet and the meats were really dry. Dessert was fantastic but not enough to get me back there.

My sentiments exactly. Dessert at O'hanas was pretty disgusting looking to me tho. All soggy & melted looking.
