Hello,
I was thinking about making reservations with SW. I wanted to find out some things before I do. Do they charge fees if you need to change flights ? I also was thinking about using the early bird check in on our way back from Disney. I know they automatically check you in 36 hours before, but how do I get my boarding pass printed if I have no computer ? Or do you do that when you get to the airport ? Thanks for any information:)

They don't charge a fee for changing flights but be aware that you may have to pay a price difference and if the flight your changing to is cheaper than the original they will credit you. You have to use the credit with SW but you have a year to do it.

If you are checking your bags at the resort they will print them there, otherwise they will print them for you at the airport.

No change fees, as stated if the new flight is more, you will have to pay the difference, if the new flight is lower they will give you a ticketless travel fund that needs to be used within 12 months of the ORIGINAL BOOKING, not the date of the change, not the date of the flight, the day of the original ticket purchase.

You can print out your BP's at the hotel front desk, at the airport etc etc.

Ok thanks we will just be taking carry on bags. I wasnt sure if Disney would print them since they are not listed as a particpating airline with Disney

If you're not checking bags at the airport, you can have boarding passes printed at your resort, or there are kiosks as the airports to print boarding passes without having to wait in the check baggage lines.

It takes almost no time to print the boarding passes at the airport kiosks. There are usually some in the hallway between the ticketing counter and the airport lobby for use of those who are not checking any luggage, so there's no line to wait in. Be sure you have your confirmation number handy.

If you have a phone w/ internet access you can check in yourself 24hrs out.

If not.. you can check in at the concierge desk at your resort or any of the guest services areas in the parks.

If you check in by phone, guest services will also print out your boarding passes for you if are not checking bags and using RAC.

During our June trip I checked in for our SW flight from the line for Dumbo! :thumbsup2

All great suggestions, but all the OP needs is to print out their BP... They are doing EBCI so they wont have to worry about checking in.

And to the OP, the only thing that SW wasnt participating in was RAC, at all resorts but 1, they are now doing RAC also. That still didnt matter about getting checked in (if needed) and BP printed from a front desk / guest service place.

Ok good so I can either go to the front desk or do it at the airport. If I do it at the airport, is my confirmation number all I will need to get it printed out at the kiosks ?
thanks all:santa:
