Questions about spas

I'm going next weekend and my husband and I wanted to get massages (hopefully hot stone) or wraps (he doesn't like wraps, I do). We've been to the Disney Institute spa before a couple of years ago. Is that still open? Have you been to the spas at Grand Floridian or Saratoga Springs? Did you like them? Which do you prefer? Are there any others on the property? Any other information? We're staying at Riverside if that helps. Thank you!

Haven't tried any of the spas, but we did tour the spa at Saratoga Springs a few weeks ago when looking at DVC. It looks great and had a very relaxed atmosphere. It was not uptight at all. Not sure about the hot stones. I know they have a Mystical Forest Masque and Body Wrap. They have swedish massage, mystical forest (combination of swedish and reflexology), and hydro-massage. The Disney Institute Spa is not there anymore. I believe they replaced it when they built Saratoga Springs. I know WL and AKL also offer massages. Hope this helps.

I've been to both spas and prefer the SSR over the GF spa. The GF spa is very small and can become crowded quickly. The best spa experience I've ever had was at the Gaylord Palms. I think it is a Canyon Ranch spa. Pricey, but definitely worth it.
