When using a pin,can you have your TA do it or do you have to call Disney?Also is the deposit $200.00 due at the time of booking and does it have to be paid in full by 45 days before you arrive?

I am not sure about the TA.

When I called they asked me to verify all of my personal info, my address..etc. Your TA should have that, so it shouldn't be a huge deal.. I am just not sure it's allowed? Bueller?

The 200 is supposed to be due at time of booking, but I think I read somewhere that they will hold the room a few days without it?

otherwise, your total deposit is due 45 days out. You can also make payments before then anytime you need to!

I'm a TA and book PIN codes all the time for clients, same terms & payment schedule as other packages.

regarding deposit, if it's more than 45 days away, CRO can sometimes do a 7 day courtesy hold. Not sure about TAs.

If booking a package the $200 deposit is technically due at booking. If booking online you must pay the $200 at the time of booking to hold the reservation. If booking over the phone they will give you a several day extension to pay the $200 deposit if you tell them that you want to mail a check.

If booking a room only with a pin (i.e. the 20/30/40% off pins can be used on a room only) then you need to put down a deposit equal to one night's stay. The balance for the room only isn't due until check-in.
