Questions about new Park to Park Transportation

Hi all - we plan to do a lot of park hopping, and therefore will be purchasing the new "Park to Park" transportation option. Is there a link to information about it? I am specifically looking for the locations within each park that the bus picks up/drops off, the times that it runs, the time between parks, things like that. Thanks!

Just got back from a week long trip & used the new Express Trandportation - loved it! Really saved on time & ease of park hopping!
