Questions about Hoop De Doo...

First of all, I apologize if this is the wrong board for this.

A few questions...

1. Is this the kind of show a 3 1/2 year old boy would enjoy? He loved Whispering Canyon Cafe last month and this sounds intriguing...

2. Do I have a prayer of getting a good seating in May 2005? Last year when I called 2 months ahead of time they were open but I didn't schedule it. If I do call 3 1/2 months out, do we get terrible seats?

3. Are you seated with just your family or with other guests?

I believe we'll shoot for the late seating, as we get a discount through DVC. Our son is pretty resilient to late nights on vacation. I believe the DDE has a discount now too for the late seating...

Any help is much appreciated!

imo a 3.5yo boy will LOVE HDDR!!! it's a great show/dinner! we only booked about 3-4 weeks in advance and had excellent seats! definitely worth doing!

I have to agree. I have a 2 year old who still walks around singing Hoop De Do....Hoop De Do. She loved it. We called about 5 weeks in advance and got seating upstairs, but it was not bad. Only problem was they are bar seats. So my DD kept wanting to spin. Also a girl about 6 or 7 fell while we were there. The manager came running over to make sure she was all right. She was crying but by the end of the show looked like she was having fun. See if you can request lower level. I did not think to do that, it was my first time and did not know any better. We were at a table by ourselves. Yet the others were close by.
