questions about cbr

Hello Everyone!

This is my first post so please bare with me. I am trying to plan our first trip to Wdw in December. I called about the CBR today and they gave me a price of $148.96 (with tax) per night. I would like to know if that is a good price. I know they offer codes for some of the resorts so should I wait to see if I can get a code or should I book now. I would also like to know if this is a okay resort for a 4 year old, if not which resort would be.

CBR is a wonderful resort. We have stayed there and loved it.
We are planning on being there in December also.
As far as getting a room with a special code.
I would say just hold out a bit. I understand its hard to do that. We like to make plans early, but just hear me out. If your going to be there over Christmas, I would say book now. Otherwise,
We were told at several different times, by several different CMs that the first three weeks in Dec. are the slowest all year.
I would say go and sign up at the many Disney related websites, including Disney's to get emails, watch webs sites, cover all your bases.
A code will come along the closer it gets to December.
Most codes end in July right now, so I would say, by May/June Codes should be comming out for that time of year.
I think you could get CBR for 109.
One year. Of course, the year we had said we werent going to go, we got a postcard in the mail, in January, from Disney for all mod. resorts for 89.00 per night.
In a matter of 48 hours we had room/flights/tickets/ect. Went in March and it was one of our best trips yet.
