When applying for a travel medical insurance policy, and they ask you where are you going, what do I say? For this cruise we are flying from Canada to Orlando (USA) but then our cruise is support to port at Costa Maya, Mexico, Grand Caymen and Castaway Cay, Bahamas. That's 4 countries. Can someone provide additional information?

Typically, for a trip with multiple destinations, you use the first destination.

My travel insurance provider allows multiple destinations to be listed. For example: Florida, Bahamas. I would check with the company, because you want to make sure you have coverage in the Caribbean and the Bahamas, not only in the U.S.
