Questions about buying at Kidani Village, Banking and Use Year Questions

We are seriously considering buying at Kidani Village with the 100 pt buy-in. Am I correct to assume that we are buying 2008 pts? Would there be any way to buy in with only 2009 pts? ie a Aug 2009 use year as opposed to an Aug 2008 use year?
Let's say that the above scenario is not possible (I don't think it is). Let's say that we get an Aug 08 use year, that means my 2008 points would run from Aug 08-Aug 09 correct? Then my 2009 pts would run from Aug 09-Aug 10 and so on? Is this correct?
Also lets say I bank my 2008 pts and use 50 of those 100 banked pts in Oct 2009, when do the other 2008 banked pts expire? Do they expire at the end of my 2009 use year which is Aug 2010?
And finally is it possible to get a use year for every month of the year or are some months excluded?

If you don't want the extra points, then just buy Jambo.

They basically become 2009 points, except you can't bank them any more, you have to use or loose them by the end of the 2009 UY.

And finally is it possible to get a use year for every month of the year or are some months excluded? - No, not every month is a UY. I think there are 8 months that are and 4 that aren't. Don't quote me on the numbers.
